1. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to view cannabis-related information where you are located. Use LeafStock only for lawful, personal information purposes and follow the laws that apply to you. We may restrict or suspend access when needed to protect the service or its users.

2. LeafStock is not a retailer

LeafStock organizes public dispensary menu information so you can compare products, prices, promotions, and store availability. LeafStock does not sell, possess, manufacture, deliver, or prescribe cannabis, and it does not process orders or payments. A purchase, pickup, delivery, return, or customer-service issue is solely between you and the dispensary or other external provider.

A link, listing, or mention does not mean that LeafStock endorses a dispensary, product, claim, or outcome. You are responsible for reviewing the dispensary's terms, age checks, licenses, availability, and applicable laws before transacting.

3. Menu data can be stale

Menu data comes from public dispensary sources and is captured in periodic snapshots. Prices, taxes, inventory, discounts, eligibility rules, and product descriptions can change after a snapshot is published. A listing may be delayed, incomplete, sold out, incorrectly categorized, or unavailable at checkout.

Treat every price and availability statement as informational. Confirm the final price, stock, required identification, and purchase rules directly with the dispensary before traveling or spending money. LeafStock does not guarantee that a listing is current or accurate.

4. External links and disclosures

LeafStock links to dispensaries and other third parties so you can verify details or continue a purchase elsewhere. External websites are not controlled by us; their content, security, privacy practices, prices, and transactions are their responsibility.

Some links may be referral or affiliate links. If LeafStock receives compensation from a qualifying click or transaction, we will disclose that relationship clearly and conspicuously near the relevant link or in the relevant page disclosure. Any compensation does not change the dispensary's price or guarantee a particular placement, and ordinary external links may not involve compensation.

5. Accounts and email alerts

Some features, such as saved searches and email alerts, require an account. Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account, subject to applicable law.

Alerts are a convenience, not a reservation, guarantee, or emergency message. Delivery may be delayed, filtered, or interrupted, and an alert does not confirm that a product remains in stock. You can change saved searches or unsubscribe at any time through the available controls.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape or overload the service in a way that harms availability, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, impersonate another person or business, upload malicious code, send unwanted messages, or use LeafStock to violate another person's rights or any law. We may remove content or limit access when we reasonably believe these rules are being violated.

7. Content and intellectual property

LeafStock software, design, text, and compiled catalog presentation belong to the operator or its licensors. Dispensary names, logos, product information, and other source materials may belong to their respective owners. You may view and share ordinary links for lawful, noncommercial purposes, but do not copy, republish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service without permission.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAFSTOCK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR A THIRD PARTY'S MENU, PRODUCT, SERVICE, PRICE, TRANSACTION, OR PRIVACY PRACTICE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for a purchase or decision made using menu information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. This service does not provide medical, legal, tax, or financial advice.

9. Changes and termination

We may change the service, discontinue a feature, or update these terms. The revised effective date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security reasons, legal requirements, or operational reasons.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted claim relating to the service must be brought in a court located in Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
